Jasmine Hughes

Congratulations to Jasmine Hughes, a Fairfax County Alumnae Chapter, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. $2,000 scholarship recipient. 

Jasmine is very active in extracurricular activities in her school including the National Honor Society, the Keyettes, and Campus:  College Achievement Minority Program for Unique Students. She is also active in her church and participates on the Junior Usher Board, Assistant Church Clerk, Youth Choir; and has had perfect attendance 2004-2007. She is also a volunteer at Loudon Hospital.

Jasmine plans to attend Christopher Newport University in Newport News, Virginia.  She aspires to major in biology/pre-medicine and become a Pediatric Pulmonologist.  She dreams of becoming the doctor that treats respiratory problems in children and adolescents.
