9:00 AM Tee-Off/Shot-Gun Start
​There will be no onsite registration. Register and pay online via the form below, or download the form HERE and mail in with a check. Mailed checks must be postmarked by April 12th in order to allow for processing. Online Registration ends April 19th, 2025 (or until sold out). No refunds. We play rain or shine. Questions? ($155.93 to include PayPal fees if paid online) Registration fee includes continental breakfast, green fees, cart, range balls, small goodie bag, awards, and lunch​.

NOTE: Golfer registrations are non-refundable. In the event you cannot attend the event, transfers are allowed. You are responsible for reselling your own registration. Please email us at golf@fcacdst.org with the name, email, and phone number of the person who will be taking your spot by April 19, 2025.
